Rice Pudding by Grandma Reeve

Mix and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes:

2 cups cooked rice
3 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBS tapioca

Mix 3 eggs. Spoon a little hot mixture into eggs. Pour eggs into hot mixture.

Microwave another 4-5 minutes.

Add 1 tsp vanilla.
