Wheat Bread by Gina Blake

Makes two loaves of wheat bread.

Dump ingredients into your Kitchen Aid Mixer in the order of the recipe:

3 cups hot water from tap
1/2 cup honey
1/8 cup oil
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
1 tsp salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/2 TBS yeast

Mix together.

Add 4 cups white flour.

Knead 10 minutes. Divide into 2 greased bread pans. Cover with towel and let rise for 30 minutes

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
