got green? St. Patrick's Day

Celebrating St. Patrick's Day can be as easy as eating Lime Popsicles...


We always make Corned Beef for St. Patrick's Day Dinner. The first year I did it - I boiled the meat with the potatos and carrots and I think cabbage too. My house stunk and no one liked it! Now, I cook the meat by itself and serve it with some type of potato and other green foods. My Fish Head's really like corned beef dipped in mustard.




Guacamole

Split pea soup

Spinach salad

Celery with green cream cheese or peanut butter

Tapioca pudding colored green

Key Lime Pie

Green jello

Sliced cucumbers
