Maressa's Creamed Corn

In a pot, combine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
20 oz frozen corn
8 oz whipping cream
8 oz milk
1 tsp salt
6 tsp sugar

Blend:
2 TBS melted butter
2 TBS flour

Mix the corn and the butter/flour mixture together.

Transfer to casserole dish.

Sprinkle with parmesan and place under broiler til evenly browned. Watch it closely!
