Round Steak

3-4 lbs of Round Steak
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Milk
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
pepper (to taste)

You can brown the meat on all sides if you want first on a pan with olive oil.

Place roast into crockpot.

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over meat.

Cook om high for 4 hours.

Turn to low for 3 hours.

Take meat out and thicken sauce with a small portion of flour/water or cornstarch/water.  Great over baked potatoes too.
