Mom's Corn Bread Pudding

1 can Creamed Corn
1 can Corn, drained
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
3 tsp Sugar
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick melted Butter
1 small can Ortega Chilies (optional)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Mix together and pour in greased 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake 1 hour at 350.

Cook until golden brown and sides start to pull away from dish.
