Michelle Hilton's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

I soooooo love this cake!!!

2 ½ c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½-3/4 c. cocoa
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. Vanilla
½ c. milk

Mix all together. Place into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle ¾ cup brown sugar and ¾ cup chocolate chips on the top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
