Christine's Pizza Dough
Makes four individual pizzas.
WHISK TOGETHER:
3/4 cup flour
1 4oz pkg yeast (just under 1 TBS)
1/2 tsp sugar
2/3 cup hot water
STIR IN:
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cup flour
Blend til dough forms.
Knead on floured surface (1/4 cup flour). Knead 5-10 minutes.
In oiled bowl, let rise 30 minutes.
Bake 400

Easter Egg Hunts
The below picture is when we had an ADULT COUSIN Easter Egg Hunt. The eggs had money, lottery tickets and I think even movie tickets and McDonald dollars in it. Believe me - this was a great Easter Egg Hunt!!! Thanks Mom!
